For tutors
Stop writing resources between sessions
An independent tutor bills for teaching and spends the unpaid hours making materials. The library is the other half of that job, already done: worksheets, practice papers, answer packs and recall starters for every level you teach.

Why tutors use it
Built for the way one-to-one teaching actually runs
Tutoring is not a scheme of work. It is a new student every September with a gap nobody has diagnosed yet, and an hour a week to close it.
A first session that finds the gap
Misconception diagnostics ask the question that separates a student who understands moles from one who has memorised the triangle. You learn more in ten minutes than in a term of setting past papers.
Prep that takes minutes, not evenings
Filter to the level, topic and type, download, print. The resource is already laid out, already marked up with marks and timings, and already has its answers.
Homework you can actually set
Every practice set has a matching answer pack, so a tutee can mark their own work between sessions and arrive with specific questions instead of a blank page.
Every exam board, one library
AQA, Edexcel, OCR and CIE, at GCSE, iGCSE, AS and A Level - so taking on a tutee from a different board is not a reason to start from scratch.
Something to open with
Rapid recall gives you 15 questions spanning earlier topics, advised to take 15 minutes: a session that tells you what has faded since you taught it.
Material you did not have to write
Written by a practising chemistry teacher, not scraped or generated - the difference shows in the distractors, the mark allocations and the worked answers.
In practice
How a tutee's term goes
Nothing here needs setting up. It is one subscription and a printer.
First session
Run a misconception diagnostic for the topic they say they are stuck on. The notes tell you where each wrong answer comes from, so you leave with a plan rather than an impression.
Week to week
Open with a Rapid recall round, teach from a topic worksheet, set the practice questions as homework and send the answer pack with them.
Before the exam
Teacher-made papers with full mark schemes, so a mock at your kitchen table is marked to the same standard as one at school.
Resource types
What you would use most
Five resource types, all included in every plan. These are the ones tutors reach for first.
Misconception resources
The diagnostic that makes a first session worth the money.
Worksheets
Topic-by-topic practice to teach from, and booklets to work through.
Knowledge Organisers
Worked solutions with every set, so homework marks itself.
Rapid recall
Fifteen questions to open a session and catch what has faded.
Exam Practice
Full papers and mark schemes for mock season.
The questions tutors ask first
- Can I use these with all of my tutees?
- Yes. One subscription covers your teaching - there is no per-student charge and no limit on how many tutees you use a resource with. What you cannot do is pass the files on to another tutor or publish them; the licence covers you and the students you teach.
- Can I print them and write on them?
- They are PDFs designed to be printed. Every download is watermarked with your licence, which is what lets us give you unrestricted classroom use rather than a per-copy limit.
- What if I tutor a board you do not cover?
- The library is mapped to AQA, Edexcel, OCR and CIE. Chemistry content overlaps heavily across boards, so most topic resources are usable either way - the board mapping tells you where the specifications genuinely differ.
